FAQs

How does the micro-challenge work?

Swipe Less, Live More (SLLM) delivers daily, bite-sized learning to help students reduce stress, become more aware of their digital habits,  and improve well-being. Each day, students receive a short lesson, reflection and challenge that takes 15-20 minutes.

What kind of results can students expect?

In just 14 days, students report measurable improvements in focus, well-being and overall engagement. Our program has an 81% completion rate, and students consistently express greater self-awareness and control over their screen time.

Does this require additional staff or IT resources?

No. SLLM is completely turnkey and requires zero additional staffing, IT setup, or custom software. It’s designed to be easy to implement, making it a simple addition to your student wellness initiatives.

Can we customize the program to fit our unique needs?

Yes! We offer flexible options to ensure SLLM aligns with your goals. We provide pre-challenge planning, ongoing support and coaching as needed. Whether you need additional support, custom messaging, or reporting adjustments, we tailor our approach to fit your needs.

How is this different from other offerings?

SLLM is bite-sized and results-focused. There are no long lectures or overwhelming modules—just daily lessons that fit into students' routines. Our interactive format is natural for students, making it easy (and fun).  Most importantly, we don’t frame technology as “bad.” Rather, we empower students to build awareness and control over their digital habits in a way that works for them.

How do we get started?

It’s simple. Reach out to us, and we’ll discuss your student well-being goals. Once details are confirmed, the challenge kicks off on your schedule, and students complete it at their own pace with daily reminders. At the end, we provide detailed reports of student results to help you measure impact.
