Meet Kate
Kate Larson is a nurse, single mother, researcher, and educator. Her life's work has always been about elevating quality of life.
Here’s the thing: people are struggling, but changing habits is not easy. Did you know that young peoples’ self-agency and social skills—like stress resistance, optimism, and emotional control—are huge drivers of life satisfaction and well-being?
So she launched Practice of Life, to empower individuals to future-proof their health—mind and body.
With 30 years of expertise in startups, acute-care nursing, content creation and health curriculum, Kate wants to help you shape the future you, every day – and for the long haul.
